AVCO-POLYLEV 2000
A new generation of leveling agent designed for the rapid dyeing of polyester in HT dyeing machines. The product imparts excellent migration properties to the dyestuffs and overcomes differences in affinity caused by the polyester fibres.
A highly concentrated product, beside of being an excellent leveling agent, the product has also good scouring effect and is recommended also for the one bath scour/dye process.
It is composed of biodegradable ingredients with no potential for bioaccumulation, and with no evolution of toxic compounds during biodegradation.
Properties & uses:
- Excellent leveling properties when used for dyeing at the boil and under HT conditions
- Can level-out "barriness" problem, and produces excellent coverage of stripes
- Levelness of dyes in tri-chromine and other dye combinations are excellent with very even dyestuffs build-up
- Very good results when dyeing in systems difficult to level such as beams and yarn machines
- Shortens the dyeing time, even when increasing the heating rate to 4°C/min., dyeing results are very even and leveled
- Not affected on the light fastness of dyed polyester
- Can be used for leveling - out faulty dyeing
- Highly concentrated product with excellent dispersing properties
- Excellent washing effect and is recommended for the one step scour/dye process
- Low foaming product
- Easy to dose. Suitable for automatic dispensing system
