AVCO-LEV POL LF
A new generation of levellling agent designed for the “rapid” dyeing systems of polyester in HT machines. The product imparts the excellent migration properties to the dyestuff and overcome differences in affinity caused by the polyester fibers.
Properties & uses:
- Excellent levelling properties when use for dyeing at the boil and under HT conditions
- Low foaming, particularly suitable for every type of fabric on the Jetdyeing machines
- Can level-out “barriness” problem and produces excellent coverage of stripes
- Levelness of “tri-chromic” dyes or other dye combinations are excellent with very even dyestuffs build up
- Very good results when dyeing in systems difficult to level such as beams and yarn machines
- Shortens dyeing time, even when increasing heating rate to 4ºC/minutes, dyeing results are very even and level
- Excellent dispersing properties
- The light fastness of polyester dyed with the product will not be influenced
- Can be used for levelling-out faulty dyeings
- Low foam product
- Has an excellent washing effect and is recommended for he one step scour/ dye process
- Easy dosable. Suitable for automatic dispensing system
