NON THERMO-MIGRATION FINISHING

The reasons of Thermo-migration of disperse dyestuffs can easily occurred during finishing process are:

• The structure of PE fibers will be loosen under high temperature .
• Disperse dyes used for dyeing polyester has very fine particles can be easily migration.
• The  emulsifier in  Silicone  emulsions or  other  finishing  agents helps pulling dyestuffs out of the fibers.
