AVFLUID B-215
- A new generation of dispersant based on the polycarboxylate polymer technology producing high slump mortar/concrete at low dosage and preventing slump loss.
- A superplasticizer and high range water reducer for construction products based on mineral binders (cements, calcium sulfate…) : by combining two mechanisms of deflocculation:electrostatic repulsion & steric repulsion.
- A great deflocculation power and it holds the dispersed state for a longer time than conventional plasticizers.
- Used and recommended for readymix concrete applications : it allows plant dosing to occur with little or no slump loss between dosing and placement (travel time)
Main advantages:
Recommended for the formulation of grouts, mortars and concretes :
- Efficient at very low dosage
- No segregation
- Avoids damaging slump loss up to 3 hours
Uses :
Minimal recommended dosage is 0.2-0.3 litre per 100kg of total cementitious material. Optimum dosage should be determined by site trials.
A ready-to-use admixture to be added to the mortar/concrete mix as a separate component. For optimal concrete plasticizing effect (and thus maximum water reduction) and slump retention, we recommend a minimal wet mixing time of 2-3 minutes per cubic meter.
