AVFLUID B-211
- A new generation of dispersants based on the polycarboxylate polymer technology producing high slump concrete at low dosage.
- A superplasticizer and high range water reducer for construction products based on mineral binders (cements, calcium sulfate…) : by combining two mechanisms of deflocculation:electrostatic repulsion & steric repulsion.
- A great deflocculation power and it holds the dispersed state for a longer time than conventional plasticizers.
- Recommended for precast concrete applications requiring low water cement ratios.
Main advantages:
This product is used and ecommended for the formulation of grouts, mortars and concretes :
- Low dosage
- Avoids bleeding and segregation
- Used for self-leveling and self-compacting
Mortar / Concrete : high early and ultimate concrete strength
Uses :
Minimal recommended dosage is 0.3 litre per 100kg of total cementitious material. Optimum dosage should be determined by site trials.
A ready-to-use admixture to be added to the mortar/concrete mix as a separate component. For optimal concrete plasticizing effect and maximum water reduction, we recommend a minimal wet mixing time of 2-3 minutes per cubic meters.
