AVCO-SLIP RF
A nonionic, hydrophilic copolymer, which is acting as an highly effective crease preventing and gliding agent in textile preparation, bleaching, dyeing and finishing processes. Non foaming at all.
Properties & uses:
- Can be used with all types of dyestuffs such as reactive, disperse and acid dyes
- Non-foaming at all
- Compatible with all types of preparation, bleaching and dyeing auxiliaries used in textile aqueous processes. The product is non-substantive and does not interfere in the dyeing
- Acts a crease inhibitor in scouring, boiling-off, bleaching and dyeing of textiles in piece dyeing machines. The product enables a friction free movement of the fabric ropes in the dyeing machine even at very low liquor ratio with very delicate fabrics
- Woven and knitted fabrics made from polyester, polyamide, wool, viscose and cellulosic fibres and their blends have remarkably improved running properties on overflow machines, jet dyeing machines and winches. AVCO-SLIP RF prevents the formation of rope creases and marks
- In garment dyeing and finishing processes on paddle and rotary washing / dyeing machines, AVCO-SLIP RF prevents formation of crease marks
- In denim finishing processes, use of the product is recommended to avoid washing stripes and creases. AVCO-SLIP RF is used in pre – washing and in the desizing process
