AVCO-SLIP AN 50
A unique product for dyeing of cotton, viscose, cotton blends and synthetic fabrics. It is combining excellent emulsifying along with anti-creasing properties. It is highly recommended for dyeing turquoise color
Properties & uses:
- Excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties along with creases preventing effect
- Good soil suspending properties, which can prevent any re-deposition of soil on dyed fabric through all the dyeing cycle
- Good dispersing properties toward hydrolysed reactive dyes
- Very good anti-creasing properties for synthetics and natural fibres. Prevents rope marks abrasion, chafing and creasing of treated fabrics
- Promotes opening of the fabric ropes and displacement of folds
- Stable to high temperature, hence suitable for dyeing at H.T. conditions
- Does not contain any hazardous solvents
- An anionic preparation, which does not cause any agglomeration and staining problems when dyeing problematic phthalocyanines dyes
- Low foaming, can be used in jet machines and in rotary washers
- Has no retarding effect on reactive, vat, direct and disperse dyestuffs
- Good stability towards concentrated electrolytes as used in cotton dyeing
- Very versatile. Due to its excellent detergency and lubricating properties it can be used in many wet processes such as bleaching, pretreatment, de-sizing and dyeing
- Recommended for one bath scour/ dye operations
