AVCO- REZ FFR
A high quality pre-catalysed resin without formaldehyde, designed to produce durable crease resistance and dimensional stability to cellulosic and polyester-cotton fabrics.
Properties & uses:
- Has a very good cross-linking property, used for the resin finishing of woven and knitted cellulose fibres and their blends
- Applied by normal dry croslinking methods on fabric
- Gives “wash and wear” effects durable to washing
- Gives chlorine resistant finishing
- Readily pourable, soluble in water and compatible with nonionic and anionic products
- Ensures: excellent dry scorch resistance, excellent shrinkage control, excellent fabric smoothness
- Gives minimum effect on shades, and drops the tearing strength<20%
- For denim, the garment treated by AVCO-REZ FFR could also be bleached right after permanent crease process which is not the case when treated with other resins than AVCO-REZ FFR
- Because of high reactivity, an increase of stenter frame speed is possible for approx 10%
