AVCO-CID ABS
An aqueous solution containing organic and inorganic buffers. It has high buffering capacity at pH range of 4-6. Used in dyeing processes, when dyeing polyester, polyamide and wool, to maintain acidic pH at the range of 4-6.
Properties & uses:
- High buffering capacity at pH range of 4-6
- Does not cause any corrosion to the stenter or other machines
- Liquid product, can be dosed with automatic dosing machines
- Non-foaming at all
- Non-flammable and non-toxic, with very low irritating effect due to the mild acidity
- Non-corrosive to fibres sensitive to mineral acids
- Used for neutralization of bleaching and finishing baths
- Used in dyeing processes, when dyeing polyester, polyamide and wool, to maintain acidic pH at the range of 4-6
- Used for adjusting an acidic pH at the range of 5-5,5 in anti-pilling and stone-wash finishing processes with acid-cellulase preparations
- Used to maintain acidic pH of bleached and finished fabrics such as fabrics which has to stand in the OEKO–TEX 100 standard, and when yellowing problems may occur. The pH of the treated fabrics does not change even when stored for a long time
