A  neutral  cellulase enzyme  preparation, used  to  obtain the decoloration effect on jeans/denim garments and fabrics as a substitute to the "stone- wash" process traditionally used with special abrasion stones
The product contains a build in anti-back staining additive and a build in buffer system which can overcome high loads of alkalinity usually occur in processing water used at the denim laundry mills. The buffering system ensures stable neutral pH during the stone-washing process

Properties & uses:

• A  neutral  cellulase  enzyme  preparation containing anti- backstaining additives, designed for producing premium, high contrast, faded look and a softer handle, with low back-staining
• Effective in a broad pH range compared to conventional cellulase preparations (5.0-7.5)
• The product is formulated with a build in buffer system which enable an optimum pH range for the neutral cellulase upmost effectiveness.
• Effective in a wide temperature range (40-60°C)
• The product has a linear dose/response effect. A wide range of abrasion effects from low to high is easily achieved by changing the dose of the product, with and without abrasion stones
• Recommended also for bio-polishing of cellulosic fabrics, with lower back staining effect. Produces a smoother and softer fabric with less pilling after repeated laundries
•  Saves  handling  problems  and  storage  space  of  big  amounts  of  abrasion stones.Lowers the noise problem in the mill
•  Lowers the machine amortization
•  Lowers the damages to garments
• Can be used in combination with abrasion stones with a lower load of the pumice stones
