AVCO-TAN L316
A synthetic thickener with lower sensitivity towards electrolytes. and high speed swelling properties. Used in printing with disperse dyes on polyester fabrics or acid dyes on polyamide fabrics for producing good sharpeness and brilliancy.
Properties & uses:
- Outstanding coverage and levelness, sharp definition of prints. Excllent results when printing delicate and fine fabrics
- Increased color yield with good reproducibility
- Produces smooth paste during short mixing time
- Printing paste viscosity is stable for long storage time
- Good wash-off properties
- Does not react with disperse/reactive/acid dyestuffs
- Free of formaldehyde and APEO, no smell of kerosene
- Produces thixotropic printing paste which enables to control flow properties of the paste
- Does not bleed out of rotary screens during machine stops
- Does not clog printing screens
- Very easy to adjust viscosity, no need for prolonged swelling time
