AVGEL HP-115
A crosslinked PolyAcrylate powder used to provide thickening, stabilization and suspension properties for clear gel compositions.

- the gel structure is easily broken-down by shear, and comes back to its initial value.

This product is typically used to formulate transparent gels, like AutoDish Washing Liquids, HandGel Sanitizer, Fuel Gel, Surface Cleaners, Toilet bowl cleaners, Polishing compositions…
Dispersions in water should be made by slow addition of the polymer with moderate agitation. The most suitable neutralizing agents are monovalent inorganic bases : NaOH, ammonium hydroxide or watersoluble amines.
