AVCO-TAN R660
AVCO-TAN R660 is a high quality blend of acrylic synthetic polymer dispersion and natural thickeners.
AVCO-TAN R660 is suitable for printing cellulosis substrates with reactive dyes. The selection of synthetic and natural thickener in the combination to make this AVCO-TAN R660 is more suitable for pure cotton substrate, however, it is also suitable for cotton blend substrate but testing is strongly recommended prior to mass production to make sure acceptable printing properties especially sharpness, color yield and penetration.
Properties:
- An ecologic and economic thickener for substantive printing processes including after washing steps
- Reduces stock preparation time and is not necessary to back thicken stock pastes with dyestuffs
- Gives a better color yield and definition than most natural thickeners like sodium alginate
- Ensures a good viscosity stability while adding dyestuffs. Should increase the dosage if liquid dyestuff used in order to match the viscosity sought
- Extremely easy to use and has excellent washing-off properties, so the prints have soft handle. Can be used at different viscosities and printing speed range
- Suitable for dispersing in automatic make up units
- The product is designed for very convenience preparation of reactive printing formulation which can be effectively thickened by direct addition to the mixture or AVCO-TAN R660 can be used as part of the customer’s specific thickener stock preparation
