AVCO-SIZE SPA 50
AVCO-SIZE SPA 50 is a synergistic blend of special natural sizes and additives. It has a very high binding capacity and adhesion power.
AVCO-SIZE SPA 50 can be used on all warper/ sizer and wet split dryer systems which ensure that the individual threads are separated during the critical stages of drying.
Properties & uses:
- Give higher weaving efficiencies comparing with conventional sizes
- Excellent lubricant and low-foaming
- Desizing is easiler, only by hot water of 80-90ºC and enzyme, treating time is also shorter
- Easy handling and completely soluble in hot water
- Suitable for high speed weaving loom
- Suitable for TC (83/17, 65/35), PE 100% yarns
- Combined with PVA gives the best weaving efficiency for yarns such as: TC,TR or for weaving cotton on the high speed air jet loom.
