AVCO-FAST RV
A special finishing chemical for improving wet rubbing fastness properties of dyeing on cellulosic fibres, cellulosic blends with reactive dyes, indigo, sulphur and vat dyes. It is desired for correcting low wet rubbing fastness dyed fabrics.
Properties & uses:
- Obviously improves wet rubbing fastness of dyed/ printed textiles with reactive, or indigo, sulphur or vat dyes for medium and deep color, can raise 1-2 level
- Does not affect handfeel or any fastness properties in finishing bath
- Film formation is very good. Wet rubbing fastness properties are improved even for emerised fabrics
- Free from formaldehyde, meet eco-friendly requirement
- Can be applied by exhaust and pad methods
- To conduct the compatibility test before apply if want to use together with silicone, softener flake and/ or other textile auxiliaries. Try to avoid use in one bath with other anionic textile auxiliaries. Rinse fabric completely before use the product. It performs better in weak acid conditions
- Sensitive to changes in pH, temperature and contamination in the finishing bath such as anionic agent, lints, dusts, electrolytes, heavy metal ions. Extra care and attention should be implemented when applying
- The shade of the dyed fabric maybe change after treated, so the pretest is highly recommended
