AVCO-CLEAN ARC
A liquid cleaning agent, effective in acidic bath, suitable for reduction clearing of dyeing made with disperse dyes on polyester, polyester blends and acetate. Non hazardous at all
Properties & uses:
- Suitable for reductive clearing processes of dyeings made with disperse dyes. The product removes the unifixed dyestuffs from the fibres surface, and improves the washing and rubbing fastness properties of the dyed textile
- Effective in acidic pH conditions. Can be applied in the end of the dyeing with no intermediate rinsing. No need to shift the pH of the reductive clearing bath to alkaline pH as required for hydrosulfite process, and no need to shift it back to acid pH as usually required in final finishing processes
- Use in the disperse dyeing processes at 80°C saves time (about 01 hour) and saves water consumption ( up to 40%) as compared to the conventional “hydro-alkaline” reductive clearing process
- Helps to keep cellulose fibres unstained when dyeing blends of polyester with cellulosic fibres
- Recommended for reductive clearing of polyester blends with other fibres sensitive to alkaline pH (such as Acetate, Polyester/ Elastane)
- Use of AVCO-CLEAN ARC system respects the ECO-TEX standard of final acidic ph on fabrics without special excess treatments
- Liquid product and can be metered as is to the dyeing machine
- Non-foaming
- Non hazardous product
- Readily biodegradable
