A combined product for desizing/ kier boiling, desizing/ bleaching processes. It contains a special catalyst together with a penetrating agent, detergents and extracting agents. The product is used for desizing of cotton and cotton blends in exhaustion and continuous ranges and can ensure excellent removal of starch ensure excellent removal of starch sizing products with high TEGEWA values even of highly dense fabrics.

Properties & uses:

  • Balanced mixture of surfactants and desizing catalyst with a synergistic effect
  • Highly effective in cold pad batch peroxide bleaching conditions. The product will ensure maximum desizing efficiency with good absorbency, even with difficult to remove sizing products
  • The special catalyst contained in the product is depolymerizing long chain sticky strach derivative in the alkaline pH. It is efficent in one shot hot desizing/ caustification and hot desizing / bleaching processes
  • The surfactant part has good emulsifying and dispersing properties, with excellent soil suspending power
  • Does not contain any silicate compounds, and there are not any risks of precipitation during use on the fabrics and on machine walls
  • Good compatibility with caustic soda and peroxide used in hot continuous processes
  • A pour-able liquid, and can be metered easily to the bleaching machines as is or pre-diluted
