AVCO-BLANK NPS LF
A unique product, used during desizing and “stone-washing” of denim garments, to prevent staining of weft yarns, inside pockets, labels, webs and embroidery yarns with indigo and sulphur dyes.
Product contains a special additive which protects polyester and polyamide fibres against back staining in the stone wash process.
Applied in the de-sizing and the stone wash processes ensures improved contrast look of the treated denim garments
Properties & uses:
- Prevents sulphur and indigo dyes from re-deposition onto the treated denim articles
- Use of AVCO-BLANK NPS LF ensures high contrast look and clean pockets fabric, labels, webs and other accessories used in production of denim articles
- Imparts strong soil release effect to polyester yarns towards all kinds of dirt and pigments
- Non-toxic towards enzyme preparation. Recommended for de-sizing and for stone washing
- Non-hazardous to the environment
