AVCO-BIOSOL 232D
A nonionic, low foaming detergent, which imparts the powerful emulsification and dispersion properties of silicone oil, meneral oil and wax. It is suitable for pretreatment of polyester, nylon, cotton and especially for spandex blended materials. It also improves the absorbency of treated fabrics, and can be use in a wide range of pH such as in pretreatment, and dyeing.
Properties & uses:
- Excellent performance in scouring for all textile materials such as cotton, rayon, synthetic and lycra
- Efficient detergent for high speed machines or those with tendency to foam, e.g. jet machines, overflow machines, rotary washing machines and high speed continuous range
- Excellent removal of fatty, silicone oil, mineral oil and wax and prevents redeposition of oil by excellent dispersing and emulsifying effect
- Emulsifies wax in raw cotton, disperses dirty pigments and degrades impurities. Avoid color bleeding during scouring process
- In dyeing process, it help to reduce dyeing defects such as unlevelling, dye patches cause by the residual oil remained on the yarns/fabrics and ineffective pretreatment
- Can be used in neutral medium, or in mild alkali or mild acid
