AVCO-BIOLUZE MAX HC
An highly concentrated, low foaming multifunctional detergent used as a wetting agent, bleaching and dyeing auxiliary for preparation and dyeing of fibres, hanks, packages and fabrics made from cellulosic and synthetic fibres. It also has excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties so it is very effective for removing silicone and hydrocarbon lubricants from textiles.
Properties & uses:
- Excellent detergency, wetting, emulsifying and dispersing properties
- Good soil suspending properties, which can prevent any re-deposition of soil on dyed fabric through all dyeing cycle
- Very good emulsifier towards oils and lubricants which contained in raw fabrics and yarns. Highly recommended for removing texturizing oils, knitting oils, “sulzer” loom oils and silicone lubricants from all kind of fibres
- Stable to high temperature, even at H.T. conditions
- Very low foaming, recommended for jet machines
- Good stability towards electrolytes as used in cotton bleaching and dyeing
- Can be used in many wet processes such as scouring, bleaching, dyeing, soaping etc
